Get out and get some sun during this quarantine! Not all of your workouts have to be done inside your home. Go outside to get your sweat on for this at home HIIT style workout.
HIIT Workout: Each exercise is to be done for 30 seconds with a 10 second break between.
3 rounds of:
A1. Side shuffle with toe touch
A2. Revere lunge with knee drive
A3. Pushups or Hop Pushups
Then, 3 rounds of:
B1. Plank alternating lift (one leg or plank bird dog)
B2. Alternating v-ups
