Advanced Home Workout
Round 1: Perform the first 4 exercises back to back in a circuit fashion for 3 sets.
- Plate squat and pressout x 8
- Pistol squat x 4 each leg
- Ring dip with lift x 5
- P-bar tuck planche push-up x 5
Round 2: Perform last 3 exercises in a circuit for 3 sets.
- 4. Wall handstand shrugs x 8
- Ring fallout x 5
- 6. Plate v-up fly x 10
