Check out my last workout in our Pittsburgh apartment before Maxine and I move down to sunny Miami next week!

Advanced Home Workout

Round 1: Perform the first 4 exercises back to back in a circuit fashion for 3 sets.

  1. Plate squat and pressout x 8
  2. Pistol squat x 4 each leg
  3. Ring dip with lift x 5
  4. P-bar tuck planche push-up x 5

Round 2: Perform last 3 exercises in a circuit for 3 sets.

  1. 4. Wall handstand shrugs x 8
  2. Ring fallout x 5
  3. 6. Plate v-up fly x 10
