Try adding movement complexes to your workout! Complexes are two or more exercises combined together to make a more difficult exercise. This allows you to increase the intensity of your workouts while also saving you time. A couple good complexes are dumbbell hip huggers with reverse lunges, or dumbbell butterfly raises with heel raises.
